Dr Srikanth Nimmagadda (MBBS, DPM (Ire), MMedSc, MRCPsych, LLM (Mental Health Law), MA in Medical Ethics and Law  is a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist on the General Medical Council Specialist Register.  Since 2003 Dr Nimmagadda has prepared around 60 -70 reports a year in both Criminal and Civil cases.

Dr Nimmagadda’s knowledge and expertise in LLM in Mental Health Law and MA in Medical Ethics and Law  equipped him to prepare  medico legal reports of  high quality in line with the Civil Procedural Rules (CPR) and Criminal Procedural Rules (CrPR) standards.

Dr Nimmagadda’s areas of special interest and expertise include Mentally Disordered Offenders in various Psychiatric and Custodial settings, PTSD, Affective Disorders, Mental Health Law, Medical Ethics and Health Care Law and Addictions Psychiatry.

Dr Nimmagadda is able to prepare medico legal reports for Criminal cases, Civil cases, Child and Family cases, MHRTs, Immigration and Asylum seeker cases, Parole Boards Cases, Employment tribunals and Capacity Assessments.  Dr Nimmagadda practices from various consulting rooms Home Visits, Prisons and Solicitors offices.  He is prepared to travel throughout the country and is willing to see clients anywhere in UK.
