    Dr Layton has worked with adults with Learning Disabilities since 2004 in a broad range of settings ranging from community outpatient work, specialist schools and colleges for adolescents and adults with autism and asperger syndrome, local in-patient services and low secure rehabilitation and medium secure services.

    He is able to provide reports for the court on a range of issues including criminal cases, Mental Capacity Act assessments and diagnostic opinions.

    Clinics:
    Dr Layton is based in Bristol and can travel up to two hours, as far as Cornwall, Wales, the Midlands and the North West. He prefers to carry out assessments at solicitors’ offices.
