  Doctor of Medicine, London University 1971. Elected to Fellowship of Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1983. I retired from the NHS at the end of June 2002. I remain recognised under section 12.2 of the Mental Health Act 1983.

I am included in the General Medical Council's specialist Register for both General Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. Currently I prepare around 75 reports per year with a number of joint instructions. In the the criminal field I have prepared reports on everything from shoplifting to murder.

In the civil field I have reported on a substantial number of cases involving head injury, post traumatic stress disorder and similar accident related claims including medical negligence
